Role Summary
The Structural Site Supervisor assists the Field Crew Coordinator in developing strategies to maximize safety, quality and productivity. In addition, the Structural Site Supervisor will review, analyze, plan, coordinate and lead all activities within the construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate and assign work in production locations as per schedule requirements.
- Monitors product standards and maintains quality-control programs.
- Assure adequate materials, tools and equipment are available for construction.
- Coordinate sub-contractors’ activities and materials to meet schedule requirements.
- Assures adequate materials, tools and equipment are available for construction.
- Coordinate movement of units and stacking.
- Ensure that project procedures are followed, project correspondence and documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Completes project progress reports as required.
- Oversees and maintains safety system and ensures that customer’s requirements are met.
