At PTW, we're looking for an Office Coordinator, Administrator who is organized, proactive, and ready to build their career in construction project coordination. If you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems, supporting a team, and making sure the details don't fall through the cracks, this is an opportunity to become an important part of our project team.
Based in Nisku, you'll support multiple construction projects and work alongside Project Managers, field teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to help keep information flowing, documentation accurate, and projects moving forward.

As part of the project team, you'll help keep day-to-day operations organized and moving forward by:
Providing administrative and coordination support across multiple construction projects.
Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and files.
Assisting with project reports, correspondence, travel arrangements, and tracking.
Supporting Project Managers and construction teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating project activities.
Tracking project information, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.

Communicating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in being the person others can count on.
You'll be successful if you have:
1–2 years of experience in administration, office coordination, project coordination, construction administration, or a related role.
Previous experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas is an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
A desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
A positive, professional approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Gain hands-on experience supporting real construction projects while learning from experienced Project Managers and construction professionals.
The information you organize, documents you maintain, and tasks you coordinate directly help keep project teams productive and projects moving forward.
