Compensation and Benefits
- The pay rate for this position, across the listed offices, generally ranges between $198,000 and $216,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to pay transparency laws. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including location, company geographic differentials, education level and candidate qualifications.

- Job Description : Principals are leaders of the firm and are expected to mentor and develop technical staff, effectively manage engineering projects, and successfully develop client relationships and obtain projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the project team from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Keep group staff fully utilized while maintaining a high staff effective multiplier.
- Supervise staff and coordinate activities of project managers.
- Guide project teams to meet/exceed client expectations of quality and service.
- Lead staff development opportunities to ensure skills are acquired to support firm growth.
- Confidently communicate key messages and expectations with clarity and transparency.
- Model, promote and hold others accountable to a culture of teamwork, inclusion, collaboration and respect.
- Serve as a technical leader in the firm.
- Maintain a target client base that will permit the achievement of annual project manager revenue goals.
