M I R A L.L.C is hiring a Structural Engineer for its construction team in the UAE.
The role requires hands-on structural engineering experience and involves design review, site execution, inspections, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Review structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor structural site works for compliance with approved project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site teams, and other disciplines.
- Conduct inspections and resolve structural issues or discrepancies.
- Review calculations, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, and technical submissions.
- Provide technical support and monitor quality and progress during construction.
- Maintain structural documentation and participate in project stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on structural engineering experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is required.
- Strong knowledge of structural construction, drawings, detailing, and site execution is required.
- AutoCAD proficiency is required.
- Structural analysis or design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or similar is preferred.
- Experience with UAE construction projects, consultants, authorities, standards, and approval procedures is required.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and independent working abilities are required.
