About the Role
Creative Home is seeking a hands-on Structural & Design Engineer for high-end residential villa projects in the UAE.
Projects include new builds, structural modifications, extensions, and rebuilds.
The role covers structural modelling, engineering calculations, coordinated structural and MEP drawings, and authority submissions.
Structural Design and Renovations
- Design reinforced concrete substructures and superstructures, foundations, steel pergolas, and load-bearing alterations using structural analysis tools.
- Assess existing villas, evaluate load-bearing walls, and design structural interventions for openings and additions.
- Prepare engineering drawings for swimming pools, water features, pump rooms, boundary walls, and outdoor structures.
Coordination and Approvals
- Produce and coordinate electrical, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC layouts alongside structural drawing sets using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare drawing packages, structural calculations, and NOC documentation for Dubai and other relevant authorities and master developers.
- Provide technical resolutions for site queries, review shop drawings, and assess contractor submittals.
