Role Overview

About Creative Home
Creative Home Building Contracting is a Dubai-based residential renovation company serving high-net-worth clients, investors, and families.
Projects include full villa and apartment renovations, generally ranging from AED 200,000 to AED 1,500,000.
The Role
Own the end-to-end delivery of residential renovation and commercial projects from pre-contract signing through final handover.
Run 2–4 concurrent projects while managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, authority approvals, and client relationships.
This is a hands-on site role requiring regular site presence and professional client communication.
Report to the General Manager and work with the design team, estimator, and site supervisors.
Project Delivery
- Manage project lifecycles from mobilization to practical completion and handover.
- Create project budgets and detailed trade-by-trade schedules before work starts.
- Coordinate site trades, conduct inspections, identify risks, and maintain quality standards.
