About the Role
Element Materials Technology seeks an experienced Façade Structural Engineer in Dubai to perform structural design review and technical assessments for aluminium façade systems. The role requires strong knowledge of industry standards and collaboration with clients and contractors.

- Provide structural engineering expertise for façade systems including aluminium curtain walls, unitized systems, windows and doors, pergolas, canopies, sliding systems, balustrades/handrails, skylights
- Review structural calculations submitted by the client
- Participate in design review process to ensure project requirements are met
- Understand project requirements and develop review reports with recommendations
- Participate in meetings with clients to review project requirements
- Perform other responsibilities such as drawing reviews, review of test reports, method statements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the façade and aluminium industry
- Strong knowledge of façade related local and international standards
- Proficient in structural and design software such as staad, AutoCAD, anchor design, ideastatica
- Experience with thermal simulation software such as THERM, Flixo, or equivalent

Skills / Qualifications

- Proficient in structural and design software such as staad, AutoCAD, anchor design, ideastatica and other similar software.
- Experience with thermal simulation software such as THERM, Flixo, or equivalent tools.
