- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure accurate data recording and reporting
- Collaborate with clients and adhere to best laboratory practices
- Defend and interpret laboratory results and conduct accurate assessments based on analytical findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, soil science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in soil analysis and/or chemistry laboratory supervision
- Strong supervisory skills with ability to manage and guide a team
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with LIMS systems
- Expertise in quality control measures and procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor / Soil Analysis Specialist for a full time, on site role in our Laboratory in Dubai.

Qualifications

- Expertise in quality control measures and procedures to ensure reliable results
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in chemistry or soil science or a related field
- Previous experience (minimum of 5 years) in soil analysis and/or chemistry laboratory supervision is essential
