- Perform structural analysis and design for different types of buildings in accordance with international standards and codes
- Technical Report Writing and other relevant official correspondence with Client / Project Managers
- Performs Tender document, BOQ and technical bid analyses
- Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction related documents
- Carry out site survey and prepare survey reports
- Attend technical and progress meetings with other engineering departments, project managers, and site engineers
Requirements
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM technology (Revit structure)
- Strong in seismic and wind analysis for mid to high rise concrete buildings in compliance with American Code
- Adept knowledge in building regulations such as DBC21, ADIBC and equivalent
- Experience in structural repair and strengthening is an advantage
- Good knowledge in Steel structure, precast, and post tension would be an advantage

Requirements
- Proficiency in ETAB, SAFE, and Staad is a must.
- Experience in design of PT Slab is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM technology (Revit structure).
- Strong in the seismic and wind analysis for the mid to high rise concrete buildings in compliance with American Code.
- Adept knowledge in building regulations such as DBC21, ADIBC and equivalent.
- Experience in structural repair and strengthening is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in Steel structure, precast, and post tension would be an advantage.
- Experience with municipality rules and regulations.
