Structural Engineer & Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer & Design Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed engineer who enjoys balancing technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. In this role, you will oversee a team of drafters and designers, review and approve structural plans, provide engineering guidance, and place your professional seal on construction drawings and calculations.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CAD drafters and designers.

Review drawings, calculations, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.

Establish drafting and engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Design and analyze structural systems for residential manufactured home building projects.

Perform structural calculations and engineering evaluations using approved software and industry standards.

Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national building codes.

Review and approve construction documents, specifications, and design modifications.

Apply your professional engineering seal to drawings, calculations, and engineering documents where required.
