Responsibilities
- Prepare structural calculations and design reports for façade and cladding systems
- Design secondary steel support systems, anchors, brackets, and connection details
- Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure constructability and compliance
- Prepare and review engineering calculations in accordance with applicable international and local standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve structural and technical issues
- Review and approve shop drawings before submission
- Provide technical support to production and installation teams during fabrication and site activities
- Conduct value engineering to optimize structural efficiency while maintaining safety and quality
- Review material specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Participate in design coordination meetings with clients and consultants
- Assist in preparing technical submittals, method statements, and engineering documentation
- Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation of structural supports and cladding systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of structural engineering experience, preferably in façade, GRC, GRP, precast concrete, or cladding works
- Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SAP2000, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of GRC, GRP, GRG, precast concrete, and façade systems
- Familiarity with UAE Building Codes, ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, and relevant international standards

Job Summary
- The Structural Engineer is responsible for the structural design, analysis, and verification of GRC, GRP, GRG, Corian, and façade cladding systems. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, consultant requirements, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural calculations and design reports for façade and cladding systems.
- Design secondary steel support systems, anchors, brackets, and connection details.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure constructability and compliance.
- Prepare and review engineering calculations in accordance with applicable international and local standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve structural and technical issues.
- Review and approve shop drawings before submission.
- Provide technical support to production and installation teams during fabrication and site activities.
- Conduct value engineering to optimize structural efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of structural engineering experience, preferably in façade, GRC, GRP, precast concrete, or cladding works.
- Experience with UAE construction projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Structural analysis and design.
- Design of steel support framing and anchorage systems.
- Knowledge of GRC, GRP, GRG, precast concrete, and façade systems.
- Familiarity with UAE Building Codes, ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, and relevant international standards.
- Proficient in: AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SAP2000, SAFE (preferred), Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret consultant specifications and contract documents.
