- Develop structural designs and calculations for projects using appropriate engineering standards and local building codes
- Perform structural analysis, prepare detailed drawings and models using CAD and AutoCAD
- Review specifications to ensure safety, durability, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site teams to integrate structural solutions with aesthetic and functional requirements
- Support technical documentation, participate in design reviews, and provide guidance during fabrication and installation phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or closely related field
- Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering for building and façade systems
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD
- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering, including familiarity with relevant codes and construction practices
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and numerical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations and international standards preferred

Role Description
- Develop structural designs and calculations for projects using appropriate engineering standards and local building codes.
- Perform structural analysis, prepare detailed drawings and models, coordinate designs using CAD and AutoCAD, and review specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site teams to integrate structural solutions with aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Support technical documentation, participate in design reviews, and provide guidance during fabrication and installation phases.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering for building and façade systems.
- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering, including familiarity with relevant codes and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for detailed structural drawings and 3D modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in building design, façade systems, or architectural stone and composites (e.g., GRC, GRP, GRG, solid surfaces) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations and international standards is preferred.
