The position is Structural Engineer for HYOS-L&T Energy Hydrocarbon, Onshore, in Knowledge City Vadodara.

Qualification and experience
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree is required.

Technical skills
- Proficiency in STAAD and Mathcad is required; Ansys is preferable.
- Knowledge is required of structural integrity, structural behavior, force transfer, and critical stress concentration.
- Candidates should be able to design concrete structures, pile foundations, and retaining wall structures.
- Knowledge is required of steel structure design, bolted and welded connections, and structural sections under Indian and international standards.
- The role requires analysis of high-rise steel structures, plate girders, heavily loaded connections, and padeyes.
- Basic soil mechanics knowledge is needed to understand soil reports and design impacts.
- Good communication and technical report-writing skills are required.
