Structural Design Engineer (Remote Work Opportunity)

The Structural Engineer plays a hands-on role in designing elevated tanks and related structures, working closely with engineering, drafting, and field teams to deliver solutions that are both structurally sound and constructable in the field.

This role spans from early concept through final construction, applying engineering fundamentals to large-scale structures where design decisions directly impact how the work is built in the field.

• Provide engineering for large capacity, field erected storage tanks. Analyze/design steel plate and reinforced concrete structures. Interpret geotechnical reports to select and design complex foundations.
• Apply customer specifications, design standards, and building codes including: AWWA D107 & D100, IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC.
• Direct and oversee detailing work; prepare & seal calculations and drawings.
• Perform post-design services for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
