The Estimating Coordinator plays a critical role in driving and coordinating all processes associated with the estimating and bidding of construction projects.

This position ensures the timely completion of bid submissions, manages communication with vendors and subcontractors, and serves as clients' main point of contact regarding bid-related matters.

The Estimating Coordinator works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids, leading to successful project awards and seamless hand-off to project management.

• Collaborate with the estimating team to review historical data, including purchase orders, bid tabulations, subcontracts, and productivity reports, to develop accurate unit costs and production rates.
• Source vendors and subcontractors for various projects, obtaining and evaluating quotations in coordination with the purchasing department.
• Ensure that all bid documents are completed accurately and submitted on time, adhering to project-specific deadlines and requirements.
• Review contracts prior to bid submission to verify that all terms, conditions, exclusions, and qualifications align with the company’s original proposal.
• Ensure bid submissions comply with corporate policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.
• Follow up on and drive the resolution of open issues related to assigned bids to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding bid notifications, inquiries, and coordination of all bid-related activities.
• Maintain accurate bids, quotations, and historical data records for future reference and analysis.
• Prepare and present bid-related reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders as required.
