Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Structural Design & Drafting Engineer for commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
The role covers structural analysis, design calculations, structural drawings, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and bar bending schedules.
- Develop reinforced concrete and steel structure drawings from engineer inputs.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, consultants, and project execution teams.
- Update drawings for project requirements and site changes.
- Maintain drawing records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Provide drafting support and design clarifications to project and site teams.
- Prepare structural designs and calculations for reinforced concrete and steel structures.
- Develop structural general arrangement, reinforcement detail, and construction drawings.
- Review drawings for compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Assist with quantity estimation and technical documentation.
Requirements
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in structural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
