Manage and supervise civil construction projects from planning through completion.
The role covers site execution, quality control, project coordination, manpower management, and timely delivery to company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, procurement, stores, and internal teams.
- Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and manage site planning, materials, and workforce allocation.
- Monitor quality, safety, construction compliance, project costs, and site wastage.
- Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, verify contractor bills and measurements, and track completion.
- Prepare regular progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ.
- Leadership, team management, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of project planning and reporting.
- MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools are preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma, B.Tech, or BE in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil and construction project execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage construction sites and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
Pay
- Pay is up to ₹45,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
