About the Role
Accenture Middle East is seeking a Strategy Principal Director to lead strategic initiatives for High Tech clients in Saudi Arabia and GCC. You will originate and deliver multi-million-dollar engagements, drive business development, and lead teams of consultants.

Responsibilities
- Originate and deliver multi million dollar engagements with clients
- Lead teams of 10+ consultants across multiple concurrent engagements
- Drive business development, including proposal leadership and thought leadership development
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned digital products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with global and regional objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 13 years of consulting experience majorly in Communication and Media Technology
- Proven track record of originating and delivering multi million dollar engagements with clients
- Established relationships with High Tech clients in Saudi Arabia and broader GCC markets
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to lead teams of 10+ consultants across multiple concurrent engagements
- Strong working knowledge in Technology Strategy and Advisory, including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture
- Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and government commercial interfaces

Client Relationships & Delivery Excellence
- Proven track record of originating and delivering multi million dollar engagements with Clients.
- Established relationships with High Tech clients in Saudi Arabia and broader GCC markets.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and close significant deals independently.
Functional & Technical Expertise
- Foundational excellence in strategy and operations consulting with 12 15+ years of experience at top tier firms (Previous consulting experience is essential).
- Strong working knowledge in Technology Strategy and Advisory, including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong working knowledge of telecommunications networks (5G, fiber, core/RAN architecture) is highly valued.
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact across strategy, operating model, and technology domains.
Leadership & Practice Building
- Ability to lead teams of 10+ consultants across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Proven experience in business development, including proposal leadership and thought leadership development.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with demonstrated success in developing high performing teams.
- Intellectual horsepower to shape point of view and frameworks that differentiate our market position.
Regional & Cultural Fit
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and government commercial interfaces.
- Established presence and credibility within regional TMT ecosystem.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 13 years of consulting experience majorly in Communication and Media Technology.
- A high degree of comfort with strategic decision making and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis.
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities in one or more industries.
- Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving.
- Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society.
- Natural leader; easily establishes trust based relationships, gains valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
- Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic.
- Arabic speaker fluent in English.
Preferable Qualifications
- MBA or graduate level degree in related field.
- Experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, Beneficiary experience, impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
