About The Role

What You'll Need
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
- 1–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
- The ability to break complex problems down into actionable tasks.
- Experience using data to justify your work and proposed solutions.
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact.
- An interest in the financial industry.
- Experience coding with SQL, Python, R, or Gen AI (Nice to have).
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or fintech (Nice to have).
