The Finance team supports accounting, risk assessment, business decisions, and growth.

Role Overview

Support the implementation and extension of the Axiom platform to meet global regulatory obligations and business needs.

The role works across Finance, Product, Engineering, global regulatory teams, and technology partners.

Axiom Platform Management

  • Manage workflows, file configurations, debugging, reporting calendars, and solution, data, and platform issues.
  • Administer workflows, templates, object mapping changes, custom reports, user groups, and permissions by entity and geography.
  • Support Axiom implementations for new entities and regulatory reports and manage upgrade cycles and platform enhancements.

Regulatory Reporting and Delivery

  • Support EBA reporting, including COREP and FINREP, in collaboration with Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Translate business goals into requirements and functional specifications and maintain documentation and delivery playbooks.
  • Perform gap analyses, identify root causes, escalate risks, and coordinate timely fixes with technology teams.

Testing and Collaboration

  • Perform UAT, prepare detailed test cases, and collaborate with developers and business users for smooth implementations.
  • Work across multiple time zones and support repeatable, scalable delivery.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis and report validation.
  • Knowledge of financial products, transaction lifecycles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience maintaining cloud-based Axiom installations and building custom reports and workflows.
  • Expertise documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with EBA reporting frameworks such as COREP and FINREP.
  • Experience with UAT, detailed test cases, developers, and business users.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing taxonomy modules and validation rules is a nice-to-have.
