The Role
The Strategy & Operations Manager serves as the analytical and operational engine behind planning, investment, market, and engagement decisions for the Ask business unit.
The role runs planning and performance cycles, analyzes client engagement economics, and conducts research for major business decisions.
Planning and Business Operations
- Run annual and quarterly planning cycles, including objective setting, agreement, and progress reviews.
- Build and track the business unit budget with central finance.
- Run headcount planning covering staffing levels, costs, and timing.
- Prepare evidence-based analysis for business reviews.
