Strategy & Operations Analyst

• Core skills and qualifications:
• Current undergraduate student graduating in summer of 2026
• Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and data-storytelling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with open-ended goals
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, or BI tools
• Prior experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or corporate development

• High attention to detail with a low tolerance for errors
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Willingness to move quickly, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve
• Comfort operating in an environment with open-ended problems and evolving priorities
