The role supports client implementation by accelerating momentum, capturing value, and reducing decision and execution risks.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with one or more client engagements or components of large-scale engagements.
- Deliver high-quality deliverables, insights, and outcomes to clients.
- Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines, and budgets while supporting revenue and profitability targets.
- Provide technical knowledge, coaching, and development to junior team members.
- Contribute to business development through proposals and thought pieces.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives and sector programs.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
- MBA from a top-tier business school or postgraduate diploma in business, finance, or economics from a top-tier university.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and cognitive ability.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness toward new ideas, approaches, and perspectives.
- English is required; Arabic is preferred.
- UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage.
