Job Summary
The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides professional administrative support for the smooth daily running of the office.
The role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees and supports meeting rooms, communications, shipments, and administrative activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and assist visitors and maintain visitor registration logs.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct requests to appropriate departments.
- Support new joiners during induction and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and prepare rooms for meetings and events.
- Schedule appointments and assist with administrative coordination.
- Process business card requests and maintain related records.
- Prepare monthly reports related to office service invoices.
- Manage shipment and courier requests, track deliveries, and coordinate shipment issues with headquarters.
