Compensation
- The stated compensation is $400K-$550K per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic finance projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long-term business goals.
- Develop financial models to evaluate project feasibility and return on investment.
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least seven years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial project management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting standards.
