Role Overview
Identify strategic focus areas, develop plans for strategic programs, and drive work toward business outcomes.
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions for enterprise decision-making.
The role supports portfolio visibility, demand management, project and agile planning, resource management, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Demand Management, PPM, Agile or SAFe Planning, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Idea and Intake Management solutions.
- Configure and customize SPM applications, forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators.
- Integrate SPM with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and external financial systems.
- Automate demand intake, prioritization, and approval workflows.
- Support epics, features, stories, and PI planning in Agile and SAFe environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, PMOs, and enterprise architects.
- Troubleshoot configuration and performance issues and support platform upgrades.
