Role Overview

The position works closely with senior leadership and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operations initiatives aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Translate executive strategies into operational plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze performance, processes, metrics, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR, sales, marketing, technology, and other functions.
- Implement process improvement, automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, operational targets, and performance metrics.
- Lead strategic projects while managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Support resource planning, workforce optimization, budgeting, and capacity planning.
- Develop business cases, investment proposals, strategic reports, and executive presentations.
- Provide senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.
