Role Overview
Full-time Meta Ads Manager role at mid-level to senior level.
Plans, executes, optimizes, and scales paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms to drive traffic, leads, conversions, customer acquisition, and growth.
Works with Marketing, Creative, Content, Sales, Business Development, web, analytics, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including audiences, placements, budgets, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, targeting, retargeting, lookalike audience development, and funnel-based campaign planning.
- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign profitability.
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, formats, messaging, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Develop acquisition, lead generation, remarketing, conversion, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate on ad creatives, videos, images, copy, and campaign concepts.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, conversion tracking, and measurement solutions.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues, prepare reports and dashboards, and maintain campaign documentation.
- Research competitors and trends, test new approaches, support launches and expansion, and ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
