Strategic Operations Associate

Other Remote - United States New York, New York Description Position at Everyday Health - Consumer Strategic Operations Associate Everyday Health Consumer is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to join our Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations team.

This unique team is responsible for managing Everyday Health’s owned and operated site inventory, campaign set up, and strategic optimizations which drive the success of campaigns and the overall business.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys connecting the dots and is eager to contribute to a broad range of subject areas on a highly collaborative team.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to garner actionable insights from data are a must!

• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain campaign information as the central source of truth for internal tracking
• Forecast available inventory and book campaigns to align with set up best practices
• Monitor and track campaign delivery, escalating for optimizations as needed based on client KPIs
• Leverage reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, DoubleVerify) for internal analysis
• Troubleshoot ad-hoc campaign or data-related issues, collaborating with internal team members to provide strategic solutions Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2+ years work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with data and numbers
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive – self-motivated, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and team player who has a willingness to learn

The Company provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
