The Opportunity
Manage, protect, and grow a portfolio of telecommunications operators and regulatory customers across the Middle East and Africa.
Own renewal performance, customer retention, account development, cross-sell, and upsell across Ookla's connectivity intelligence portfolio.
Develop strategic account plans and translate customer priorities into opportunities for analytics, assurance, and professional services solutions.
Account Management and Customer Growth
- Own the commercial relationship and development of assigned telecommunications operator and regulatory customer accounts.
- Build relationships across operational, technical, executive, and decision-making levels.
- Identify account whitespace and expand relationships into adjacent functions, business units, operating companies, and use cases.
- Coordinate with customer success, technical, and product teams to ensure measurable customer value.
Renewals and Revenue Protection
- Own renewal planning and execution across the customer portfolio.
- Establish renewal strategies before contract expiration and identify retention risks early.
