Role Overview
Cloudera's Strategic Customer Success Managers drive Success Plans and act as trusted advisors and customer advocates for high-profile enterprise customers.
The role serves as a direct liaison between Cloudera and customers throughout their product adoption journey.
The position works across business, technical, and senior management stakeholders and supports customer business outcomes.
Customer Success Responsibilities
- Own customer product adoption and Success Plans.
- Plan and drive execution against customer-agreed timelines.
- Align Engineering, Product Management, Support, and Services resources with customer needs.
- Manage stakeholder escalations and facilitate mutually agreeable outcomes.
- Develop reports and dashboards summarizing customer engagements and statuses.
- Analyze customer activity and organizational data to identify trends, gaps, and issues.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English and Arabic language skills are required; other languages are a plus.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms, software implementation, and upgrade management is required.
