Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in the delivery of strategic priorities and initiatives
- Coordinate key projects across the family office and portfolio interests
- Prepare strategic briefings, presentations and recommendations
- Monitor the execution of key actions and objectives
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks
- Coordinate board, shareholder and governance activities
- Support risk management and decision making processes
- Ensure actions and approvals are appropriately documented and tracked
- Manage relationships with external legal, tax and professional advisers
- Coordinate adviser activities across multiple projects and transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Support investment evaluations and strategic projects
Requirements
- Existing Qatar experience
- Established professional network within Qatar
- 10 17 years' experience
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Experience supporting senior executives, boards or shareholders
- Experience managing professional advisers and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading complex projects and initiatives

Purpose of Role
- Support the CEO in the execution of the family office strategy.
- Provide oversight of governance activities, coordinate professional advisers, and support strategic initiatives.
Strategic Support
- Support the CEO in the delivery of strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Coordinate key projects across the family office and portfolio interests.
- Prepare strategic briefings, presentations and recommendations.
- Monitor the execution of key actions and objectives.
Governance & Risk
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks.
- Coordinate board, shareholder and governance activities.
- Support risk management and decision making processes.
- Ensure actions and approvals are appropriately documented and tracked.
Adviser & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external legal, tax and professional advisers.
- Coordinate adviser activities across multiple projects and transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Investment & Commercial Support
- Support investment evaluations and strategic projects.
- Coordinate due diligence activities and adviser inputs.
- Assist with transaction execution and portfolio oversight where required.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Existing Qatar experience.
- Established professional network within Qatar.
- 10 17 years' experience.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen.
- Experience supporting senior executives, boards or shareholders.
- Experience managing professional advisers and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading complex projects and initiatives.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
- Family office experience.
- Corporate development or M&A experience.
