The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic and motivated individual for a Term up to 15 months for the position of Stores Supervisor. This position is headquartered in La Ronge, in the Air Operations branch with direct supervision of 3 employees. Under the direction of the Chief Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, the Stores Supervisor shall have responsibility for the management and operation of the branch’s maintenance inventory, including the shipping, inspection and receiving of goods. This position is also responsible for maintaining appropriate security of inventory.

Typically, the knowledge and ability for this position would be acquired through completion of:
Degree or diploma in Business/Public Administration or field of study related to Supply Chain Control Management;
Supervisory experience in a similar field would be considered an asset;
The successful candidate will possess a Forklift Operators Certificate and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certification; and
This position is required to perform physical tasks including lifting/moving of objects weighing 50 pounds (or more) and working with equipment in heights up to 20m;
Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and years of experience in a similar role. Must have a valid Saskatchewan driver's license. The successful candidate must pass a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.
