Stores Coordinator (Technician)

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight which includes materials, machinery and chemicals.

Drive and operate light vehicle(s) and forklift.

Monitor stocking levels & shelf-life inventory.

Put away parts into storage locations.

Process requisitions, issue, pick, package & move material; distribute parts for customer delivery.

Review and recommend adjustments; accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system.

Delivery of equipment and materials to other business areas.

Maintain and clean & organized work area.

Safety in all activities.

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent required.

3-5 years of relevant experience performing similar activities within a logistic environment.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.

Experience operating a forklift is required.

A Journeyman Parts Ticket or Warehousing Technician Certificate is an asset.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate is an asset.
