Role Overview
The Stores Assistant follows the direction of the immediate supervisor and operates according to company policy.
Responsibilities
- Verify incoming documents and prepare goods receipt documentation.
- Create Goods Receipt Notes for incoming materials.
- Create Raw Material Inspection Reports and offer materials for inspection.
- Update inventory records for incoming materials.
- Update approved GRN records in the system and submit them to Accounts.
Health and Safety
- Follow and encourage good health, safety and environment practices throughout the facilities.
- Report unsafe acts and conditions to supervisors or the HSE representative.
- Participate in job-related toolbox meetings.
Requirements
- Three years of Stores Assistant experience is preferred.
- A diploma is preferred.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
