Role Overview
The Document Controller follows the direction of the immediate Supervisor and operates in accordance with company policy.
Immediate joining is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for use and storage.
- Establish and maintain a document control system.
- Perform quality control and audits of records for content and adherence to standards.
- Maintain an electronic data management system to meet business requirements.
- Prepare and submit quality documentation to customers after Department Head approval.
- Maintain proper electronic document storage, identification, and traceability.
- Archive documentation with indexing and cataloging.
- Provide drawings, standards, and technical information as required.
- Train colleagues in use of the document control system.
- Support continuous improvement in HSE performance and quality management.
- Prepare and distribute the daily status report through SYNERGY.
- Identify records and assist with search and retrieval across all media and formats.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two years of Document Controller experience is preferred.
- Abu Dhabi work location is preferred, with work performed in person.
