Job Summary
Agile Prime General Contracting Looking for Storekeeper- Gypsum (Arabic Speaker) Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing gypsum materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring availability of materials to support site operations efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming gypsum materials (boards, metal frames, screws, compounds, etc.) against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in accordance with safety standards to prevent damage, moisture exposure, or loss.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials, tools, and equipment.
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials to procurement or management.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for timely delivery of gypsum materials.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Track material usage and prepare periodic inventory and consumption reports.
- Manage returns of unused or damaged materials and ensure proper recording.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling and categorization of all stored items for easy access and control.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to store and inventory management.
- Experience 1-2 years
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
