The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed according to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects and the ability to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion.
Job Description
- Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work progress according to project schedule
- Monitor labor performance and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Follow up on safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment on-site
- Report daily site progress to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
- Identify site issues and provide quick solutions to avoid delays
- Check material delivery and ensure proper usage on-site
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site supervision and project coordination
- Ability to manage labor, subcontractors, and daily site activities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
