- Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for incoming materials and ensure proper matching with purchase orders
- Update and maintain inventory records in ERP system with accurate stock entries and transactions
- Handle storage and issuance of construction and ready mix materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, spare parts)
- Monitor stock levels, conduct physical stock checks, and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain proper documentation of all store activities including GRNs, delivery notes, and inventory reports for audit compliance
Requirements
- Experience in storekeeping or inventory management in construction/readymix industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems
