Storekeeper

Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Receive and stage merchandise by department, mark it for placement, and deliver it to the appropriate department.
• Stack merchandise on pallets or carts and complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Notify managers or supervisors promptly when inventory or supply levels are low.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
• Inspect deliveries and date times for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality.
• Refuse damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect deliveries.
• Follow food safety and handling policies across all food-related areas.
• Organize, clean, and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash and place them in proper storage areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, protect assets and confidential information, communicate professionally, and support team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is specified.

Workplace and Schedule

• The position is located at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
• The role is full time and not remote.
• The position is non-management.
