Role Overview
Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, deliveries, stock coordination, documentation, records, and surplus inventory storage.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
- Document and track damages and discrepancies on received orders.
- Complete intra-site and inter-site deliveries and maintain delivery records.
- Support supply requisitions and deliver orders to central purchasing.
- Receive, store, tag, and track surplus property.
- Ship cancelled and damaged items back to vendors when appropriate.
Inventory and Compliance
- Perform inventories according to company standards.
- Implement and follow QHSE standards, procedures, and required policies.
- Report incidents, accidents, and unsafe acts to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of related warehouse and storage operations experience in catering or food and beverage.
- Secondary school education.
- Excellent knowledge of computerized stock control systems.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good understanding of ISO food standards or HACCP food standards.
- Good command of English in reading, writing, and oral communication.
- FMCG store experience, computer knowledge, and cold store experience are advantageous.
