New W Mart Supermarket L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and responsible Storekeeper for its supermarket team in Dubai, UAE.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and record incoming goods.
- Maintain proper stock levels and accurate inventory records.
- Arrange and organize products in the store or warehouse.
- Check expiry dates, damages, and product quality.
- Prepare goods for transfer to supermarket branches.
- Conduct regular stock counting and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with purchasing and branch teams regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of the stock area.
- Follow company procedures for stock control and FIFO.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a storekeeper in a supermarket or retail company is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
- The role requires a hardworking, responsible, and physically fit person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,200 per month.
