Position Overview
Heiligerberg MED Waste Management LLC-OPC is hiring a Store (Yard) Officer for its Abu Dhabi waste-management and environmental-services operation.
The position is full-time and workshop/yard based.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and yard activities and maintain organized, clean, and safely accessible work areas.
- Receive, inspect, record, issue, store, identify, and segregate materials, tools, equipment, PPE, and other company items.
- Maintain inventory records, registers, issue and receipt documents, and records of damaged, returned, obsolete, or unused items.
- Monitor stock levels, support physical counts and reconciliation, and report replenishment needs or discrepancies.
- Coordinate requirements with Operations, Fleet, HSE, and other departments, including vehicle and yard-asset movements.
- Support loading and unloading activities while following HSE, environmental, and waste-management procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in store, warehouse, yard, logistics, or material management.
- At least 1 year of experience in team management, warehouse management, and fleet management.
- Good knowledge of inventory and material control, accurate recordkeeping, and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills, basic MS Excel and MS Word skills, and strong HSE awareness.
