APM Monaco is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join its Riyadh team in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on engaging in-store clients, delivering exceptional service, and building the APM brand through strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store-in-Charge in sales and operational management.
- Analyze KPIs and support sales performance management.
- Manage rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, and team activities.
- Build strong relationships with in-store clients through exceptional service.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
- Minimum of two years in a managerial position.
- Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM support.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; other languages are a plus.
- Approachable personality with a customer-service orientation.
