Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide professional and high quality services to customers, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and address after sales inquiries.
  • Sales Achievement: Receive customers on a daily basis and meet personal sales targets.
  • Operational Execution: Carry out daily store operations such as product display, stock replenishment, cleaning, cashier duties, inventory checking, and shift work.
  • Merchandise Management: Conduct tasks related to incoming goods inspection, product display, product quality management, and service quality management.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above, with 1 3 years or more working experience in the digital products industry.
  • Passion for the consumer electronics industry and ability to quickly understand new products.
  • Love sales and service work, proactive sales awareness and service skills.
  • Down to earth, strong learning ability, and good team spirit.
  • English language proficiency; proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
