Job description

  • Responsible for administrative and secretarial work in one or more work areas, including but not limited to: utility bill payment; office equipment management; vehicle management; inventory and maintenance of office supplies and IT equipment; invoice registration and collection; receipt and delivery
  • Assist the Administration Manager in managing accommodation, supplier relations, travel arrangements, and visa applications.
  • Write, update, and execute contracts pertaining to administrative matters in English.
  • Assist the administration manager in organizing team building activities.
  • Be responsible for regular annual vehicle inspection, tire change and other services;
  • Undertake other temporary assigned tasks as required.

Job requirement

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an administrative staff/procurement officer, with the ability to independently handle administrative modules.
  • Proficient in Office software, especially Excel.
  • Possession of a driver's license and driving skills is preferred.
  • Full proficiency in both spoken and written English is required; Being able to speak Chinese is preferred.
