- Responsible for administrative and secretarial work including utility bill payment, office equipment management, vehicle management, inventory and maintenance of office supplies and IT equipment, invoice registration and collection, receipt and delivery services, and attendance management
- Assist the Administration Manager in managing accommodation, supplier relations, travel arrangements, and visa applications
- Write, update, and execute contracts pertaining to administrative matters in English
- Assist the administration manager in organizing team building activities
- Responsible for regular annual vehicle inspection, tire change and other services
- Undertake other temporary assigned tasks as required
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an administrative staff/procurement officer
- Proficient in Office software, especially Excel
- Full proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Possession of a driver's license and driving skills is preferred
- Being able to speak Chinese is preferred
