Store Merchandiser

Overview

• As a Retail Merchandiser your main responsibility will be manage companies' product display and sales orders for your assigned store.
• The role requires you to perform all duties in the retail channel store in order to ensure process compliance and customer experience service.
• You will be responsible for maximizing the display space awarded to company for the display of fruits and vegetables in our partner store.
• The location of your employment will depend on business requirements and may be subject to frequent change across supermarkets, market venues and partner sales locations.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and attractive.
• Follow FIFO for stock rotation and remove expired/damaged items.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and correct pricing.
• Support promotions and set up displays as per guidelines.
• Assist customers and provide product information when required.
• Report daily wastage, shortages, and stock needs to supervisor.
• Coordinate with team/shift partner for smooth operations.
• Follow store rules, hygiene, and company standards
