Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Packer to join Ripe Organic.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in packing or warehouse operations, with the ability to lead packing activities and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing operations and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Pack fruits, vegetables, and organic products as per company standards
- Verify product quality, labeling, and quantity before dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the packing area
- Train and guide junior packers when required
- Assist in stock handling, loading, and unloading activities
- Maintain basic records and reports using Excel or computer systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in packing/warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer usage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle team responsibilities
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Must be available to join immediately
