Store Manager – Women’s Handbags Wholesale Store (Men Candidates Only)

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of **store sales performance**, ensuring consistent achievement and overachievement of targets
• Drive **wholesale (B2B)** sales channels
• Actively generate and convert **new business leads**, including wholesale clients across UAE, GCC, and Africa
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with **key clients, resellers, and partners**
• Manage all **store operations**, including cash handling, reporting, and daily performance tracking
• Lead, train, and manage a team of **2–3 staff**, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Set clear **sales KPIs** with management and ensure disciplined execution
• Monitor **market trends, competitor activity**, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies
• Ensure high standards in **visual merchandising, customer experience, and brand presentation**
• Oversee **basic stock flow and coordination** to support sales performance

Requirements

• **Male candidates only**
• Minimum **3+ years of experience in UAE wholesale**, preferably in handbags, fashion, or accessories
• Strong proven track record in **achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth**
• Experience in **wholesale (B2B) development and client acquisition** is highly preferred
• Strong ability in **lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals**
• Experience in **cash management and full store operations**
• Proven leadership experience managing a **small retail team**
• Highly **target-driven, proactive, and commercially focused mindset**

Language Skills (Highly Preferred)
