Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Retail

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets and KPIs
• Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service and experience
• Lead, coach, and develop store team members
• Monitor staff performance and implement improvement plans where required
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and minimize shrinkage
• Coordinate with internal departments and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in women’s fashion retail (premium/luxury preferred)
• Strong sales and commercial mindset
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for retail excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred
